Are these classes conducted via LIVE video streaming?

Yes, the classes are conducted via LIVE Video Streaming, where you can interact with the instructor by speaking, chatting and sharing your screen.

How will the practicals be done?

Using Remote Desktop app our trainer will support you right at your system during hands on practical.

Is there fee for registering in a course?

No, it is completely free to register in a course.

What shall I receive after registration?

Your registration will enable us to send your course registration number course details course calendar step by step guideline: “How to attend online class?” to your registered email id with us.

Can I start learning after registering in a course?

Yes you can to start learning after registering in a course.

When would have to pay the course fee?

Your course fee will be generated after first week of learning termed as the postpaid learning system.

What if I miss a class?

In no event you will lose a lecture forever. The recorded session for the class will be available on the LMS for your reference. In case you need any clarification on concepts or help in debug or installation etc., the support team will be there to assist you. Moreover, you can also choose to attend the Live class again with a different batch.

What If I have queries after I complete this course?

Once you join the course, your support will be for your life time. Even after the course completion, you can get back to the support team for any queries that you may have.

How will I get the recorded sessions?

All your class recordings and other content like PPT’s and PDF’s etc. are uploaded on the LMS, to which you have a life time access. You may also choose to download this content for offline reference.

Is the course material accessible to the students even after the course training finishes?

All the classes are recorded and the recordings are shared with the participants in a downloadable format. The other materials like PPT’s, project docs, sample codes, etc are hosted on our Learning Management System (LMS) and you have a lifetime access to that. You can even download the content and use it for offline viewing.

How can I request for a support session?

Requesting for a support session is a very simple process. As soon as you join the course, you will be assigned a point of contact from the support team. His/her contact number, email ID etc. will be available on your LMS. Just an email, a phone call or a text message will solve the purpose.

What internet speed is required to attend the LIVE classes?

1Mbps of internet speed is recommended to attend the LIVE classes. However, we have seen people attending the classes from a much slower internet too.

What is the test and certification process?

You will undergo an online exam at the end of the course. The exam will be proctored practical exam where your skills will be tested to solve a real-life problem. Based on your performance in the exam, you will be awarded with a Grade on your Certificate

How to pay the course fee?

You can pay the course fee online. The “How to pay online” step-by-step guideline will be sent to your registered email id with us.
